LEGAL NOTICES

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS SITE. These materials on this website (the "Site") are provided by innovativeimprint.ca, iimprint.ca, and iimprint.ca ("Innovative Imprint Inc.") as a service to its customers and may be used for informational purposes only. Single copies may be downloaded subject to the provisions below. By downloading any materials from this site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to them, do not use the site or download any materials from it.

PRODUCT PRICING Pricing may change without notice. If online pricing is in error purchasers will be notified and offered a return at the discretion of Innovative Imprint Inc.. Also see Terms and Conditions disclaimer.

PRODUCT RETURNS All sales are final and cannot be returned.

SHIPPING AND INSURANCE All claims for damage must be made with the carrier within 24 hours of carrier receiving shipment signature acknowledgement. Group, company, or association member or employee orders may be required to pick up orders at a group, company, or association designated location. If you wish to have product shipping insurance it may or may not be available for certain products/associations/groups/companies and only if the insurance is requested at the time of order. 

ASSOCIATION MEMBER AND EMPLOYEE PURCHASES All group, company and association product purchases are nonrefundable and the purchaser agrees to pick up products at the group or association assigned address. The purchaser agrees the group, company or association will take possession of the products and distribute products at the group, company or association’s discretion and timeline. Group purchases are subject to extended lead times based on group, company, or association agreement.

CUSTOMER INFORMATION All customers signing up for an Innovative Imprint online account hereby allow Innovative Imprint to share information with the specific group, association or company the customer designates when registering for an account. Contact information will be given to the group, association, or company in order to facilitate delivery of products and to communicate group, association or company correspondence.

CREDIT CARD AND PAYPAL CHARGEBACKS All charge backs will be subject to a $50 chargeback fee regardless of the outcome. If a chargeback occurs Innovative Imprint Inc. has the right to pursue legal action if the funds are not received within 75 days of receiving charge back notification. A further 20% restocking recovery charge will be applied to the invoice amount.

PRODUCT LEADTIME All orders are processed based on the product type and the lead time may vary. Group purchases are subject to extended lead times based on group, company, or association agreements.

TRADEMARK INFORMATION Innovative Imprint Inc.'s trademarks may be used publicly with permission only from Innovative Imprint Inc.. Fair use of Innovative Imprint Inc. 's trademarks in advertising and promotion of Innovative Imprint Inc. products requires proper acknowledgement. * All brands and names are property of their respective owners.

OWNERSHIP OF MATERIALS Materials are copyrighted and are protected by world-wide copyright laws and treaty provisions. They may not be copied, reproduced, modified, published, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way, without Innovative Imprint Inc.'s prior written permission. Except as expressly provided herein, Innovative Imprint Inc. does not grant any express or implied right to you under any patents, copyrights, trademarks, or trade secret information. Other rights may be granted to you by Innovative Imprint Inc. in writing or incorporated elsewhere in the Materials.

TERMINATION OF THIS LICENSE Innovative Imprint Inc. may terminate this license at any time if you are in breach of the terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, you will immediately destroy the Materials.

DISCLAIMER THE MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF ANY KIND INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NON INFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT SHALL INNOVATIVE IMPRINT INC. OR ITS SUPPLIERS/DISTRIBUTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF INFORMATION) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE MATERIALS, EVEN IF INNOVATIVE IMPRINT INC. HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. BECAUSE SOME JURISDICTIONS PROHIBIT THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
